The Kamikaze is a cocktail made from equal parts of vodka, triple sec and lime juice. There are several variations of how the drink can be served, according to the International Bartenders Association, the Kamikaze should be served in a cocktail glass and garnished with a wedge of lime, however, it can also be served as a shooter or shot in many bars. The name comes from the Japanese word 神風 (pronounced ka-mi-ka-zi) which is defined as “divine wind”.

How to make
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the vodka, triple sec and lime juice and shake thoroughly.
